Hello, and welcome! This is my channel where I post videos on here of various things such as breaking news stories, transit videos (lots of transit videos), elevators, emergency vehicles, buildings, astronomy, science, weather, walking videos, educational videos and much more!
I film everything and anything interesting that I find interesting, and that others may find interesting. I consider myself an independent journalist/filming enthusiast.
This channel is also sort of like a real-time journal of the past and present.
My goal is to bring you the world through my eyes and beyond.

Building collapse in Montréal, Canada + small fire just down the street while on scene 🏚️🔥
On Monday, August 26, 2024, a building partially collapsed in the Saint-Henri neighborhood of Montreal, Canada.
According to reports, construction on a nearby parking lot apparently triggered the collapse.
There were no injuries.
Significant damage occurred which is visible here.

Ironically, while I was filming this incident, a small fire occured just a block or so away. I assumed the responding units were actually responding to the building collapse as I had assumed that either the structure began to further collapse or some additional units were showing up to replace the previous ones.
In fact, they were responding to a 10-06 (minor fire) in an apartment complex down the street from the building collapse.
The fire was quickly contained but I managed to catch the tail end of the response which you can see at the end of the video.
This video was filmed on Monday, August 26, 2024 staring at 4:55 pm Eastern Canadian Time.

Here's a short but interesting moment that I filmed at Jean-Drapeau metro station on the Yellow Line of the Montreal Metro. This is one of the reasons why this station feels so special. Although it was built by the Canadian Pacific Railway, I can give credits to the STM Metro (CTCUM) for maintaining the building and keeping it in great conditions. This is probably the second coolest station of the Blue Line in my personal opinion.
